1  Completion of an online order constitutes an offer by you to purchase goods. BELLAONLINE will accept your offer and conclude a sale subject to availability of stock and confirmation of successful credit card settlement. BELLAONLINE may conclude a partial sale where unavailability of stock precludes fulfillment in full.

2  BELLAONLINE will charge your credit card only when goods have been packed for shipping, but may obtain pre-authorisation for the transaction at the time of order.

3  BELLAONLINE makes supplies within the Commonwealth of Australia and will send internationally if requested.

4  All prices and transactions are denominated in Australian Dollars and include Goods and Service Tax (GST).
